Home fragrance: Processing comes first

Throughout this online store, the order request-processing stage in most cases lasts 1–2 business days. The store cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), afterward which the processing clock begins the next business day.

Home fragrance: Transit follows dispatch

As part of order service, a dispatched parcel is expected to travel for 4–6 business days. This carrier estimate begins afterward the processing stage and should not be read as including that stage.
