For home-fragrance recipients, eligible fragrance and home units can be returned for any reason during the 30 days afterward delivery. Gooserekcandle can also arrange an exchange when stock permits.

Home fragrance: launch a product return or exchange

Throughout this online store, obtain product return instructions beforehand dispatch and include the relevant product components. Eligible refunds are not reduced by a restocking fee.

Home fragrance: product return-label cost

As part of order service, gooserekcandle is responsible for eligible product return parcel delivery and will furnish a free prepaid label. Preference-based returns and claims involving damage, defect, wrong shipment or shortage receive the same parcel delivery treatment.

Home fragrance: repayment review and timing

For fragrance purchases, the merchant will inspect the received package beforehand approving reimbursement. We issue an approved repayment to the original payment source; its appearance on the account typically takes 5–10 business days thereafter.

For home-fragrance recipients, tell support whether you want a replacement. Availability is checked when the request is processed; if a direct exchange cannot be completed, we may repayment the original unit and invite a new order request.

As part of order service, a normal preference product return is unavailable for custom units, clearance/Final Sale purchases, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive products afterward opening. Those limits do not lessen relief for defective, damaged, mis-shipped or incomplete orders.
